Our Commitment

Every installation is completed in compliance with all applicable building codes and city requirements.

One Year Workmanship Warranty

For one year from the date our work is completed, we will inspect any reported concern. If the inspection confirms that the problem was caused by our installation or workmanship, we will repair or reperform the affected work at no cost. After the warranty period, contact us and we will review the situation and discuss any options and costs before work begins.

How to Request Service

Notify us during the warranty period, provide a brief description and photos when available, and allow reasonable access for inspection and correction. Except for an emergency needed to prevent immediate damage, contact us before anyone else repairs or alters the affected work. Unauthorized work performed by others is not reimbursable under this warranty.

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, improper care, or lack of routine maintenance.

Changes, adjustments, or repairs made by the customer or another service provider.

Existing or concealed conditions, structural movement, water intrusion, pests, mold, weather events, power surges, utility problems, or systems outside our scope, unless directly caused by our work.

Defects, failures, or performance issues involving furniture, fixtures, appliances, equipment, materials, or parts.

Materials and Equipment

This warranty covers our workmanship, not the manufacture or performance of products or materials. Product claims must be handled with the manufacturer, retailer, or supplier. Unless agreed in writing, replacement products and the labor to remove or reinstall a defective product are not included.

Effective July 19, 2026. The version of this warranty in effect when the written estimate or agreement is accepted applies. Coverage is limited to our completed scope of work. Warranty service is available once the account has been paid in full.
